Members are hereby informed that in the matter of M/s. Shivalik Loha Mills Limited, Dr. K. M. Abraham,
the Whole Time Member of SEBI, vide his order No. WTM/KMA/NRO/IVD/407/07/2011
dated 18th July, 2011, in exercise of powers conferred upon him
under Section 19 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 read
with Sections 11 and 11B thereof read with Regulations 11 and 13 of the SEBI
(Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities
Market) Regulations, 2003 had restrained following persons / entities from
accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling
or otherwise dealing in the securities, in any manner for a period of one
month, with immediate effect :
