Re: Conversion from Proprietorship to Corporate entity

Members are hereby informed the Exchange has received an application dated 23^rd December,2010 from Sri Siddharth Sethia, Prop.of M/s. Siddharth Sethia (Code No.03/1012) (SEBI Regn.No.INB031145411) stating that he wants to convert his Proprietorship firm into Corporate entity, M/s. Shyam Suman Broking Services (P) Limited. Claims are being invited from the members against Sri Siddharth Sethia, Prop.of M/s. Siddharth Sethia. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 28^th January,2011.
