Change in Name: Lancing Investment Ltd. to Ritman Infra Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 30^th December, 2010 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Lancing Investment Ltd.” to Ritman Infra Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
