Change in Name: Shauma Vanijya Pratisthan Ltd. to Peterhouse Investments India Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 23^rd September 2009 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Shauma Vanijya Pratisthan Ltd.” to “Peterhouse Investments India Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
