Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 21^st March, 2011 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Khumor Manufacturing & Industries Ltd.” to “Khumor Investments Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
