Change in Name: Rajesh Strips Ltd. to Mahamaya Steel Industries Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 28^th January, 2009 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Rajesh Strips Ltd.” to “Mahamaya Steel Industries Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
