Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 19^th April 2011 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Rossell Tea Ltd” to “Rossell India Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
