We once again draw the attention of all listed companies to the provision of SEBI Circular Ref. No.

SEBI/CFD/DCR/SAST/3/2011/11/22 dated November 22, 2011.

Kindly note that SEBI vide the above mentioned Circular has stipulated some amendments in the format for submitting Draft Letter of Offer to SEBI under Regulation 16(1) of the Regulations.

All the listed companies are requested to take the necessary steps at your end.
