Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Companion Securities Ltd.” to “Decillion Finance Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
