Change in Name: Bubna Stock Broking Services Ltd. to Sunbright Stock Broking Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 18^th October 2010 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Bubna Stock Broking Services Ltd.” to “Sunbright Stock Broking Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
