Announcement for the extention of time for non-complaint listed companies to submit documents

This is to intimate to all listed companies that, the Exchange had issued letters, to many companies requesting them to comply with various provisions of listing agreement. The Companies were given a deadline of 31st March 2011 to comply with the same. It is hereby intimated to the companies that the Exchange has decided to extend the deadline for submission of documents by companies till 15th May 2011.

Kindly note that all such companies who have already submitted necessary documents, their compliance status will be updated based on the documents submitted by them. For other companies as mentioned above, they should submit the necessary documents by 15th May 2011 to enable the Exchange to carryout necessary updation in its system.
