Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 15^th November,2010 from M/s. Investech Securities Pvt.Ltd. (Code No.03/587) (SEBI Regn.No.INB030883333) stating that the company wishes to appoint Smt.Sandhya Dhar as Qualifying Director in place of Sri Samar Roy.
