Sub: Deposit Based Membership

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received and application dated 15/4/2010 from M/s.Saraf Capital Markets Limited for Deposit Based Membership. The first and second Qualifying Directors of the Company are Sri Deo Kishan Saraf and Sri Abhishek Saraf. Claims are being invited from the members against the aforesaid applicant company. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 3rd May 2010.
