Sub: Application of M/s.KCA Stock Broking Private
Limited for surrendering of SEBI Registration bearing Certificate No.
INB031049639 (Business Code No. 03/573)
Members are hereby
informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 20.7.2010 from
M/s.KCA Stock Broking Private Limited requesting cancellation of its SEBI
Registration No.INB031049639.
Accordingly, claims are
being invited from the members of the Exchange before forwarding the same to
SEBI for its cancellation. If any
member has any claim against the aforesaid corporate member, the same may
positively be filed at the office of the undersigned by 29th July,2010. If no claim is received within 29th
July, 2010, steps will be taken to process the request of the aforesaid
corporate member for surrender of its SEBI Registration.
