(Code No.03/187) (SEBI Regn.No.INB031127732) stating that the company wants to Change in shareholding pattern tantamounting to change in control and to appoint Sri Mayank Bajaj as Qualifying Director in place of Smt.Rajdulari Devi Bajaj. Claims are being invited from the members against M/s. SNB Share Broking Pvt. Ltd. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 25^th March,2010.
