Sub: Deposit Based Membership

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 8^th January, 2010 from M/s.Ritesh Stock Broking Pvt.Ltd. for Deposit Based Membership. The first and second Whole Time Directors of the Company are Sri Arun Kumar Agarwal and Sri Ravi Kumar Newatia. Claims are being invited from the members against the aforesaid applicant company. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 22^nd January 2010.
