Sub: Deposit Based Membership

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an undated application from M/s.Intellect Stock Broking Limited for Deposit Based Membership. The first and second Whole Time Directors of the Company are Sri Amit Dalmia and Sri Sandeep Jindal. Claims are being invited from the members against the aforesaid applicant company. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 19^th January 2010.
