Re: Conversion from Proprietorship to Corporate entity

Members are hereby informed the Exchange has received an application dated 19^th November, 2010 from Sri Nayan Prakash M. Vala, Prop.of M/s.Nayan M. Vala (Code No.03/506) (SEBI Regn.No.INB030052815) stating that he wants to convert his Proprietorship firm into Corporate entity, M/s.Nayan M. Vala Securities Pvt.Ltd. Claims are being invited from the members against Sri Nayan Prakash M. Vala, Prop.of M/s. Nayan M. Vala. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 15th December 2010.
