Trading Members are hereby informed that, Super Wind Project Ltd. has fixed the Record date for the purpose to determine entitlement of shareholders of Techno Electric & Engg. Co. Ltd. pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Techno Electric & Engg. Ltd. with Super Wind Project Ltd.

Trading members are advised not to deal in the Equity shares of Techno Electric & Engg. Ltd. with effect from the under mentioned date.
