Sub: Deposit Based Membership

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 22^nd February 2010 from M/s. Ideal Stock Broking Pvt.Ltd. for Deposit Based Membership. The first and second Qualifying Directors of the Company are Sri Sunil Kumar Giria and Sri Harish Kumar Giria. Claims are being invited from the members against the aforesaid applicant company. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 15^th March 2010.
