Sub: Deposit Based Membership

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received and application dated 22.4.2010 from M/s.JRK Stock Broking Pvt.Ltd. for Deposit Based Membership. The first and second Qualifying Directors of the Company are Sri Niraj Kumar Jain and Sri Raj Kumar Jain. Claims are being invited from the members against the aforesaid applicant company. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 11^th May,2010.
