Trading Members are hereby informed that while deciding the matter of S.T. Services Ltd. the Whole Time Member, SEBI vide Order No. CO/ERO/629/314/2009 dated 3^rd December, 2009, had disposed of the proceedings against M/s. Ram Mohan Sarda (Business Code 407), Member of this Exchange upon acceptance of the said proceedings through a consent order in terms of SEBI Circular No. EFD/ED/Cir-1/2007 dated April 20 2007.
