This is further to Exchange Notices dated 29th October 2008 and 6th April 2009 wherein members were intimated that they are required to submit Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2009 along with annexures, if any and management comments by June 30, 2009 and that, non/late/incomplete submissions on the part of the members shall make them liable for suitable actions.
In view of the above, members are once again advised to submit Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2009 along with annexures, if any and management comments by June 30, 2009. Members participating in both C-Star and BSE-CSE arrangement may submit single Internal Audit Report combined across different trading platforms.
In case of any queries/clarification, the trading members may contact GM Membership / DGM Surveillance / Manager Surveillance of the Exchange.
