Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid Share bearing Dist.Nos.399 & 400 of The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited standing in the name of Late Deep Chand Nahata are under consideration for transmission in the name of his son Sri Ajoy Kumar Nahata on the strength of Registered Will granted in his favour. Claims are being invited from the members against Late Deep Chand Nahata. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 1^st May 2009.
