Members are hereby informed that in the matter of M/s. ATN International Ltd , the Whole Time Member of SEBI, vide his order
No. IVD/ID/GR/PB/186069/2009 dated 3rd December, 2009, in exercise of
his powers under Section 19 of the SEBI Act, 1992 and Sections 11, 11(4) and
11B thereof read with Regulation 11 of the Securities and Exchange Board of
India Act (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to
Securities Market) Regulations, 2003, hereby prohibited following person /
entity from buying, selling or dealing otherwise in the securities market,
directly or indirectly in any manner with immediate effect till 1st
December, 2011 :
