Members are hereby
informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 21st
May, 2009 has accepted your proposal for imposition of uniform margin facilities
for 162 Group-1 securities from 1st July, 2009 in line with the
common methodology applied by BSE. As per SEBI Circular, the same facilities
can be extended if the CSE members submit an undertaking-authorizing square off
of outstanding trades of CSE on BSE latest by 28th June, 2009. It is further
informed that for the format of undertaking, please contact Mr.T. Bakshi or
Mr.A.C. Sadhukhan of the Membership Department on the 4th Floor of
