Amendment of format for disclosures under SEBI regulations
Notice is hereby given to all the listed
companies with this Exchange that in terms SEBI circular No. SEBI/CFD/DCR/TO/152758/2009
dated February 3, 2009 the format for disclosures under regulation 8A(1), 8A(2), 8A(3) and
8A(4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of shares and
Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 has been amended. Please find enclosed the amended format of
the same along with the SEBI Circular, as mentioned above for your immediate compliance.
