Members are hereby informed that the Exchange had received a letter from SEBI vide its letter Ref No. SEBI/ERO/JJ/MB/RFSL/159527/2009, dated 6^th enclosing therewith an Order No. WTM/KMA/ERO/IVD/51/03/2009, dated 31st March 2009 issued by the Whole Time Member, SEBI, in exercise of his powers under Section 19 of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 28(2) of SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008 against M/s Dinesh Kumar Lodha (SEBI Registration No. INB030671718), Member of Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd. (Business Code: 728) suspending the certificate of registration of the stock broker, for a period of 3 (three) months with effect from 21st April 2009.

Accordingly, M/s Dinesh Kumar Lodha shall be under suspension with effect from 21st April 2009.
