Members are hereby informed that in the matter of Bacchhat
Investment & Finance Ltd., the Whole Time Member of SEBI, in exercise of
his powers under Section 19 read with Regulation 28(2) of the Securities and
Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations 2008, vide his Order No.
WTM/KMA/ERO/105/07/2009 dated 28th July 2009, had suspended the
certificate of registration of M/s Ballabh Dass Daga, SEBI Registration No. INB
030492218, Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. (Business Code: 477) for a
period of 3 (three) months with effect from 19th August 2009 to the
business hours of 18th November 2009.
Accordingly, M/s Ballabh Das Daga shall be under suspension from 19th August 2009 till 18th November 2009.
