O T I C E
Further to the Exchange's
notice dated 16th October, 2008, Members are hereby informed that
the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 20.10.2008 has decided that the
following penalty shall be levied for late submission of Audit Report for the
year ended 31.03.08 after 31.10.08. The Board has however authorized the
Chairman to examine each case on merit and decide accordingly.

Members are also advised to
submit the Audit Report in original
under Rule 12 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 along-with
the following documents:
1.
Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the financial year
ended 31.03.2008 along-with the all annexures and schedules.
2.
Details of Bank Account such as name, account no., address and balance
as on 31.03.2008.
3.
Details D/P accounts such as name, account no., address.
4.
The addresses of any immovable property held by them as on 31.03.2008.
