Members
of the Exchange are hereby advised to submit Audit Report in original under Rule 12 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation)
Rules, 1957 and as per circular no. F.1/5/SE/83 dated 31/05/1984, of Govt. of India,
Ministry of Finance, along with the following documents by 30th September, 2008
to the Surveillance department of the Exchange: -
1. Balance
Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended 31.03.2008
along-with the all annexures and schedules.
2. Details
of Bank Account such as name, account no., address and balance as on
31.03.2008.
3. Details
of D/P accounts such as name, account no., address.
4. The
address of any immovable property if any and details of movable property, such
as make, type, Registration No etc. held as on 31.03.2008.
