Sub: Application of Sri Lalit Kumar Bagri for surrendering of SEBI Registration No.INB030051415 of Late Shree Krishan Bagri Prop.of S.K.Bagri (Business Code No.03/139)

Members are hereby informed that an application has been received from Sri Lalit Kumar Bagri Successor of Late Shree Krishan Bagri requesting cancellation of SEBI Registration No.INB030051415.

Accordingly, claims are being invited from the members of the Exchange before forwarding the same to SEBI for its cancellation. If any member has any claim against Late Shree Krishan Bagri Prop of S.K.Bagri, the same may positively be filed at the office of the undersigned by 3^rd October,2008. If no claim is received within 3^rd October,2008, steps will be taken to process the request of Sri Lalit Kumar Bagri for surrendering of said SEBI Registration.
