NOTICE

Members are hereby informed that the whole time member of SEBI vide his order dated 5^th December 2008, in exercise of his powers under Regulation 28(2) of SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008, had issued an order imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s Prakash Nahata & Co. bearing SEBI Registration No. INB 030062815, Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd. (Business Code: 274) for a period of 1(one) month with effect from 29^th December 2008 to the end of business hours of 28^th January 2009.

Accordingly, M/s Prakash Nahata & Co. shall be under suspension from 29^th December 2008.
