Members are hereby informed that in CSE-BSE arrangement, the trading members can select “Direct Delivery to Client” by selecting a new module provided in Class Back Office Software. If a member selects direct delivery to client, the pay-out of shares will be credited to the respective clients’ beneficiary account instead of members’ beneficiary account.

Every member who intends to deliver client’s shares directly to clients’ beneficiary account has to select scrip wise client wise delivery module for each and every settlement. The module will be operative settlement wise from the end of trading day upto 12 noon of the pay-in/pay-out day. If a member does not select direct delivery to client module, all the pay-out shares will be credited to members beneficiary account.
