Members are hereby informed that the Dailchi Sankyo Company Ltd. has come out with an open offer for purchase of equity shares of Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. @ 737/- per share. Members those who are having holding in the above said shares in their Security Deposit Account are requested to submit their consent letter in the Security Department by 3^rd September, 2008 at 1 P.M.

Please note that the last date for submission of buy-back form is 4^th September, 2008.
