NOTICE

Members are hereby informed that due to Bengal Bandh called by one of the opposition party on Wednesday, 31^st October 2007, it is apprehended that there will be a possibility of disruption of normal activity in the State of West Bengal.

In view of the above following measures have been taken:

1) Pay-in and Pay-out of funds for trade executed on 29^th October, 2007, Settlement No. 2008444 and 2008144 to be deferred to Thursday, 1^st November, 2007 (instead of 31^st October, 2007)

2) The Securities Pay-in and Pay-out for Settlement No. 2008444 and 2008144 would be held Thursday, 1^st November, 2007 (instead of 31^st October, 2007)

3) Pay-in and Pay-out for Auction Settlement No. 2008741, Auction date 29^th October, 2007 to be deferred to Thursday, 1^st November, 2007 (instead of 31^st October, 2007)

4) Auction Settlement No. 2008743, Auction dates 31^st October 2007 to be held on Thursday, 1^st November 2007. The Pay-in and Pay-out for this Settlement is also deferred to 5^th November, 2007 (instead of 2^nd November, 2007)

5) Margin for Settlement no. 2008444 and 2008144 to be released on Thursday, 1^st November 2007 (instead of 31^st October, 2007) after completion of payin of the aforesaid two settlements.

Member are requested to follow the revised schedule for Pay-in / Payout and release of margin as mentioned above.
