Notice

The Exchange has been advised by the Commissioner of Police, Kolkata to issue photo identity cards to employees/Members/Sub-Brokers/Members’ employees/bank staff using the Stock Exchange Building (as a security measure) and accordingly the exchange had issued a notice on 10^th July, 2007 to the concerned persons to submit the details. But till date majority of the Members/Sub-brokers/Members’ employees have not submitted their details. All concerned are once again requested to submit the details by 15^th October 2007, failing which their access to the Exchange building and offices will be a problem as the Exchange is installing access control system by the end of October, 2007.

All concerned are requested to co-operate with the Exchange authorities for enabling it to comply with the direction of the Police Authorities.
