notice dated 16th May, 2007, Members are hereby informed that Shri
Mahabir Prasad Soni prop of M/s. Mahavir Soni & Co. has withdrawn his
nomination vide his letter dated 21st May, 2007 received by this
Exchange on 22nd May, 2007 in respect of the election for inclusion of
shareholders’ representatives in the Empowered Committee.
