N O T I C E

Members are hereby informed that as per the Exchange’s notice dated 1^st October, 2007 the members were required to submit Audit Report and Balance Sheet along with its annexure for the year ended 31^st March, 2007 by October 31, 2007.

The Central Board of Direct Taxes vide its Press Release No.402/92/2006-MC (46 of 2007) dated October 31, 2007 extended the last date of filing Income Tax/Fringe Benefit Tax Return due by October 31, 2007 for electronic returns (companies and firms requiring tax audit u/s.44AB) to November 15, 2007.

In view of the above, the last date for submission of Audit Report and Balance Sheet along with its annexure for year ended 31^st March 2007 has been extended from October 31, 2007 to November 15, 2007. Members may kindly note that failure to submit the aforesaid documents within November 15, 2007, will attract a fine of Rs.5000/-. Trading terminals of members who fail to submit the required documents by November 30, 2007 shall be deactivated and a fine of Rs.10000/- shall be imposed.
