N O T I C E

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to compliance with the formalities for delisting of securities under SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003, Beekay Engineering & Castings Limited (Code No.12627 & 10012627) will be delisted from the official records of the Exchange with effect from 17^th September 2007.

In this connection, it may kindly be noted that the exit option will be kept open to the remaining shareholders at the same rate i.e. Rs.25.60 per share for a period of six months from the date of delisting by the acquirers – Vossloh Cogifer S.A. and Amar Investment SA (collectively referred to as the Acquirers).
