NOTICE

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the whole time member of SEBI vide his Order No. WTM/TCN/IVD/ID1/02/04/07 dated 26^th April 2007, in exercise of its powers under Section 19 of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 13(4) of (Procedure for Holding Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations 2002 and under Sections 11B & 11(4) of SEBI Act, 1992 and Regulation 11 of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 had issued an order imposing a major penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s Juggonpursad Baijnath (Registration No. INB 030040915), Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd. for a period of 6 (six) months.

Accordingly, M/s Juggonpursad Baijnath shall be under suspension till 19^th November 2007.
