Members are hereby informed that SEBI vide its Order No.DR-I/RRM/97890/2007 dated 4^th July, 2007 has inter-alia directed that the surrender of certificate of SEBI registration of the aforesaid member has been accepted by SEBI and the said certificate of SEBI registration has been cancelled with effect from the date on which the Exchange has accepted the surrender of SEBI registration i.e. 28^th May, 2007.
