Members are here by informed that M/S Dunlop India Ltd going to issue equity shares of Rs.10 each on right basis to the existing equity shareholders of the company in the ratio of 6(six) equity shares for every 10(ten) existing equity shares held on 24.03.2007 (Record Date).

Members those who are holding equity shares of DUNLOP India Ltd in their member security deposit account are requested to submit pay orders/Demand draft according to their holding to the Asst.Manager (Security) latest by 12:30 P.M. on 5.4.2007.

Please also note that the last date of submission of Right Application Form is 6.4.2007.
