It is hereby informed that that the earlier notice dated 7^th May 2007 issued in respect of the above, is being modified as follows:

“Members are hereby informed that SEBI vide its Order No.MIRSD/DR-1/89276/2007 dated 20^th March 2007 has inter-alia directed that the certificate of SEBI registration of the aforesaid member has been cancelled with effect from 24^th July 2006”.
