It is hereby informed that the earlier notice dated 19^th January, 2007 issued in respect of the above, is being modified as follows:

“Members are hereby informed that SEBI vide its Order No.MIRSD/DR-1/AK/77264/2006 dated 21^st September, 2006 has inter-alia directed that the surrender of certificate of SEBI registration of the aforesaid member has been accepted by SEBI and the said certificate of SEBI registration has been cancelled with effect from the date on which the Exchange has accepted the surrender of SEBI registration i.e. 30^th June, 2006”.
