The Management of the Calcutta
Stock Exchange Association Limited
propose to hold an open meeting with its members on Wednesday, 31st
May,2006 at 4.00 p.m. at the Trading Hall of the Exchange at 7, Lyons Range,
Kolkata.700 001 to discuss the following :
a)
the progress of implementation of the Calcutta Stock
Exchange Association Ltd. (Demutualisation) Scheme, 2005, and
b)
the report of the Committee to study the future of the
Regional Stock Exchanges (RSEs) – post demutualisation set up by SEBI.
All members are requested to please
make it convenient to attend the meeting.
