N O T I C E

Re: Extension of supersession of the Committee of the Calcutta Stock

Exchange Association Limited U/s. 11(3) of the SC (R) Act, 1956

Members are hereby informed that Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its order No.SEBI/LE/63414/2006 forwarded to the Exchange under cover of its letter No.MRD/DSA/CSE/63542/06 dated March 28, 2006 has extended the supersession of the Committee of the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited for a further period of six months upto 30^th September,2006 with effect from 1^st April,2006. Sri Tushar Kanti Das, IAS (Retd.) will continue as the Administrator to exercise and perform all the powers and duties of the Committee of the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited during the extended period.

The order of extension of the supersession has been displayed on the notice board of the Exchange.
