an intimation from M/s.Parakh
Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Code No.468) (SEBI Regn.No.INB031051536) stating that
they are considering the proposal to induct Sri Jatan Lal Parakh and Sri Anand
Parakh as Qualifying Directors in place
of Mr.Pradeep Kumar Bothra and Sri Surendra Kumar Baid. Claims are being invited from the members
against M/s.Parakh Securities Pvt.Ltd.
