NOTICE

Sub: Meeting of members on 20^th July 2006 at 4.00 P.M. in the Trading Hall of the Exchange.

Members are hereby informed that pursuant to the “Report of the Committee to study the future of Regional Stock Exchanges – Post Demutualisation” the Exchange is actively exploring the option of obtaining BSE Trading Platform as recommended by the said Committee. In this connection some senior officials of FISE and BSE are expected to visit the Exchange shortly.

In this respect a preliminary meeting of members will be held on 20^th July 2006 at 4.00 P.M. at the Trading Hall of the Exchange to discuss the issues. Members who are interested are requested to participate in the meeting.
