RE: Issue of Rt shares by Hindalco Industries Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that holding of Hindalco Industries shares in their Security Deposit a/c, if any, are eligible for the Right shares issued by the Company. Concerned members are therefore, requested to collect Hindalco RT Application Form duly renounced by the Exchange positively within 17/01/2006 from Securities Department of the Exchange.

Members are requested to take action immediately in their own interest, as the last date for application of Right shares is 18/01/2006.
